Art By Katy Gallery is delighted to introduce emerging artist Linda Smiley with her first solo exhibition:PETITE LANDSCAPES in Oils and Acrylics. The artist has a distinguished career as an architect. Her relocation to full time resident of Deer Isle five years ago inspired Linda to paint the island’s scenic natural beauty. On view from August 19th to 31st during regular gallery hours Monday-Thursday 11:30AM-4:30PM or by appointment.

The public is invited to an art opening pARTy! for painter Linda Smiley at Art By Katy Gallery 22 Weed Field Road, Stonington on Saturday August 19 from 4-7PM. Parking is available across the street. The artist works primarily in oils and many of her charming Petite Landscapes are done plein air style so look for her out and about Deer Isle this summer. Exhibition runs through August 31.
